Private Studio Rental
The second and third floors of our building house 12 private artist studios. Averaging at 150 sq/ft each, these rooms are restored versions of a historical Sharpsburg office complex. Common areas on each floor provide artists with commercial sinks, a refrigerator, and extra seating. Almost every room is flooded with natural light thanks to 8 foot windows. Atithi Artists are granted 24 hour access to the building, free conference room and podcast studio booking, unlimited wifi, and regular gallery opportunities!

Podcast Studio Rental
Our podcast studio is equipped with 4 recording stations including microphones, headphones, and a multichannel audio mixer. Everything you need to start your very own podcast! We have staff onsite available to assist with setup and recording. For recurring bookings, consider the Podcast Studio Membership. For only $100 a month, you get unlimited access to the studio and everything it has to offer.
Private Event Rental
The gallery at Atithi Studios is a unique space dedicated to art, entertainment, and community. This makes it the perfect venue for intimate private events! Surround yourself with the art of the area’s top emerging artists while hosting your next reception, shower, or fundraising event. Located in the heart of Sharpsburg, the restored gallery space is equipped with everything you need to host the perfect gathering.
We can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 30 seated guests, or 50 guests for standing events.
